Intermediate Nonwovens Short Course

July 21 - July 24

The Intermediate Nonwovens Short Course provides attendees with an overview of nonwoven production processes and end-product applications. The course covers the chemical and physical make-up of nonwovens, the properties of materials used in making nonwovens, and the manufacturing processes used to produce nonwovens. This course, presented in cooperation with INDA, the Association of the Nonwovens Fabrics Industry, offers a balance of in-the-classroom learning along with hands-on activities and the opportunity to experience NWI’s state-of-the-art pilot lines and analytical characterization capabilities on the Centennial Campus of NC State University.
